Description

Global manufacturing company needs a seasoned HR pro with extensive international HR experience to handle a full array of HR generalist duties out of its Eastern Pa world headquarters. This HR person will handle international staffing, compensation, benefits, training international managers and other global HR issues. This position will entail some international travel.

The ideal candidate will have:

+15 or more years of HR Generalist experience

+5 or more years handling international HR issues

+Extensive experience with a world class manufacturing company

+A very stable employment history

+A BS with a high GPA from a premier school; MBA preferred

+The demonstrated ability to cultivate effective, long term relationships with line managers, vendors, schools and others

+The ability to function in a fast growing, dynamic, challenging, privately held company environment.
